Before you visit.
Finding the shop
We’re at 601 S. Tibbs Ave, just south of Washington Street on the Westside — about five minutes from Speedway and easy to reach from I-465 and I-70. Look for the red DMS sign; free customer parking is right in front of the bays.
Drop-off and pickup
Bring the car in any time between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Need to drop off before we open? Call ahead and we’ll arrange a key drop so your day isn’t interrupted. We call with a written estimate before any work starts and again when the car is ready.
What to bring
Your keys, a phone number we can reach you on during the day, and anything you’ve noticed — noises, warning lights, when it happens. Photos or a short video of the symptom help. If another shop has already looked at the car, bring their notes too.
What happens next
